The facility is approximately 91,000 square feet and employs 147 full-time employees. Manufacturing operations run three-shifts, seven days a week. Suffield’s core competencies include Paste Extrusion, Stainless Steel Braiding, Melt Extruded Products, Convoluted Tape Wrap Product Lines, and Assembly. From Bradley International Airport (Hartford/BDL) take CT-75 North for 3.8 miles direction towards Springfield. After 1 mile turn right onto Austin street then take the next right onto Firestone drive and arrive at Kongsberg Automotive, on the right, in .6 miles. Approximately 10 minutes driving.
