Your Source for Complete Media Transfer Solutions
KAHOSE is more than a PTFE hose manufacturer. We have in-house design, manufacturing, research & development and extensive testing facilities. This lets us create solutions that perfectly fit your project requirements while ensuring consistent quality. We can provide your business with bulk hose, complete hose assemblies and precision-formed hoses.

PTFE Hose Products for the Most Demanding Applications
PTFE hose is inert to almost all chemicals and show zero extractables, which makes it safe to use for everything from drinking water to acidic liquids. It also has the lowest coefficient of friction known creating a smooth and non-sticky surface safeguarding your medium transfer with the lowest pressure drop over lifetime. Our low permeability hoses reduce vapor emissions and fluid contamination. We offer a variety of grades with working temperatures ranging from -100°F to +500°F (-60°C to +260°C.)

KA Hose’s product lineup goes beyond PTFE hose. We offer hoses made from PTFE, ETFE & PFA with different braiding packages and covers (Stainless Steel 304/316, Glass, Aramid, PVC, TPE and Silicone). By blending these materials, we can manufacture a hose type that perfectly fit your application needs. We offer hose constructions of traditional Smoothbore and Convoluted, alongside our new Smoothbore Convoluted hose type to give you the right combination of flexibility, high flow rates and cleanability.

Is your company looking to reduce its ecological footprint? Our facilities are also ISO 14001 certified, guaranteeing the effectiveness of our environmental management systems. We recycle 100% of our waste PTFE and steel, and we have programs in place to recycle production gases and water.

Our PTFE materials comply with (EU) 2017/1000 amending to Annex XVII of EU REACH and annex I of (EU) 2019/ 1021 regulations related to PFOA and its related substances
